  • This is for class projects only. Students, please let us know you have approval from your instructor when you request a print.

  • Faculty, please let us know ahead of time if you have a full class that is required to print large format. We can teach you how to use the printer or we can print for you. Students are not allowed to operate this printer!

  • Please send us your file via email and then fill out our large format print form here: https://forms.cloud.microsoft/r/VttXpu2fS5. This is for us to keep track of how much the printer gets used each semester.

  • File requirements: The Epson can print 24” by any length. Please ensure that the file dimensions match the size you want to print at and include a ¼” border. Files can be PDF, jpeg, or TIFF, and must be 300ppi.

  • Faculty, if the lab tech is doing the printing for you, please ensure that the files are uploaded to the “Large Format Printing” folder under “Student Submissions” on the GDD file server.

To access the file server:

On your desktop, press command + K
Type “smb://10.11.37.246”
